At this stage, we discuss your unique design requirements, your intent for the space, your lifestyle and specific needs. We also begin to source construction materials, line up tiny home trailer manufacturing and more.

We construct all our tiny homes in our private workshop. This allows us more productivity, as well as the ability to deliver a product to you that is brand new, in every aspect. Our construction process typically takes 2-4 months, depending on the size and complexity.

It is not uncommon for us to follow up the the install of one of our tiny homes with a few small additions to improve the space. We love designing decks, and outdoor living spaces to match or compliment our tiny home designs.
